The independent moving arms provide a more balanced increase in power and can choose to train one arm at a time or concentric and eccentric movements on the other arm at the same time.
During the exercise, the trajectory of the handle will converge at one point, creating a natural movement arc and extending the range of movements.
The warm-up and stretch lines are integrated with the frame, so that the concentrated exercise muscles can easily obtain the stretching point.
